The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Manage staff schedules and attendance records.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the maintenance staff.
Ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactions with the Fiscal Officer.
Manage and oversee the smooth operation of the village water and wastewater infrastructures.
